Unincorporated and largely rural. Tell us about the gate and the driveway.

Unincorporated, with Murrieta mailing addresses. Give us the cross streets.
Canyon Lake
A gated city. Trucks enter at the East or North Gate with your authorization.

A dumpster on your own driveway usually needs no permit, in any of these cities.
If it has to go in the street, the city decides. In unincorporated communities such as Winchester and French Valley, Riverside County does. Each city page says who to ask.

Who do I ask about putting a dumpster in the street?
Inside a city, ask its public works or engineering department. In unincorporated communities such as Winchester and French Valley, ask Riverside County's Transportation Department.
